A Subaru customer accidentally left their house key at the dealership late at night. Salesperson Herbert noticed it, realized the customer might be locked out, and personally drove over to their home to return the key. Customer were so Happy that Herbert went above and beyond.

IG Burton Subaru of Glen Burnie has partnered with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center through the Subaru Loves to Care initiative. The partnership has involved delivering blankets and messages of hope to the patients at Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center. On 6/23/2025, employees from IG Burton Subaru of Glen Burnie personally delivered these items to patients in treatment and/or hospital staff
